My Path 2 Wellness CIC – a not-for-profit organisation based in Brentwood, UK – aims to improve the health and wellbeing of people in
Essex and beyond, particularly those facing
health challenges or barriers to
accessing wellness services.

We offer wellness activities, lifestyle education, health coaching and support across different life stages, focusing on promoting physical, mental and socio-emotional health, preventing and managing health conditions, and encouraging self-care
and healthy lifestyle practices.

Mindful Movement For
Long-Term Health Conditions

Our Mindful Movement sessions offer a calm, inclusive environment where you can move gently, build confidence and stress resilience and improve energy levels – safely and at your own pace. No prior experience is required. All abilities are welcome.

Physical activity is the foundation of health.
Adapted to specific needs, it can become a lifelong ally.

Many people who join us feel nervous about trying something new but they are so glad they did! Our welcoming, adaptable sessions have already helped men and women with a number of health conditions.

At My Path 2 Wellness CIC, our journey is guided by Connie Bedford, a passionate advocate for health and wellness with a  vision to make an impact. As the founder and director, Connie brings her deep understanding and expertise of the multi-dimensional body-mind-approach across different life stages to the forefront, driving our mission to deliver accessible and impactful wellness activities for all.

With a growing network of partners, collaborators and volunteers who share our vision, we are dedicated to expanding our reach and continuously improving our services. Together, we are building a foundation for lasting change and we look forward to welcoming more team members who share our passion for empowering communities.
