Gentle seated and standing exercises with focus on improving strength, balance and mobility to reduce fall risk, promoting independence and enhancing overall wellbeing.

Safe, therapeutic and adaptable movements, breathing practices and relaxation techniques tailored to each stage of pregnancy, relieving common pregnancy discomforts and pains.

Movement, breathing and mindfulness practices, and bonding activities with baby to support physical recovery, maternal mental health and emotional connection.
We recognize everyone’s path to wellness is unique.

Our Mindful Movement sessions offer a calm, inclusive environment where you can move gently, build confidence and stress resilience and improve energy levels – safely and at your own pace. No prior experience is required. All abilities are welcome.

As the founder and director, Connie brings her deep understanding and expertise of the multi-dimensional body-mind-approach across different life stages to the forefront, driving our mission to deliver accessible and impactful wellness activities for all.
With a growing network of partners, collaborators and volunteers who share our vision, we are dedicated to expanding our reach and continuously improving our services.
